Alister Pearce, Electrical Foreman, Dairy

Alister manages the ongoing high-tech electrical work behind Nind’s dairy systems as well as all other aspects of the day to day electrical work on farm. Highly complex electrical systems and their quality installation and maintenance are paramount in modern dairying and Alister knows this well. When he’s not coordinating tradespeople and apprentices or preparing specifications and quotes from the office, he’s hands-on in the field - still very much, as he puts it,”on the tools” as a qualified electrician and dairy technology specialist.

Any remaining hours in Alister’s long day are reserved for his family. With two young boys (5 and 2), any time off is given to the caravan and camping trips.
